Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Terrace Boating (and their direct suppliers) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on 2 January 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- The enter, participants must complete an online entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The winner will receive a Minn Kota Riptide PowerDrive, valued at up to $3,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Terrace Boating reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.
- The winner will be drawn at random on week commencing 5 January 2026 at Terrace Boating. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three business days of the draw. The winner’s name may be published on Terrace Boating’s website and social media channels.
- If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, a redraw will take place on week commencing 26 January 2026 at the same location.
- Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Terrace Boating for the purpose of conducting the competition and in accordance with its privacy policy. Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Terrace Boating and can opt out at any time.
- Terrace Boating shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
