Waveslicer® Hull Technology Bar Crusher’s signature deep‑V “Waveslicer” hull slices through chop and swell with minimal pounding, delivering a smoother, more comfortable ride offshore. This hull form improves handling and reduces fatigue on long runs—a big advantage in rough coastal conditions.
Gen2® Hull with Delta Flare On newer models, the Gen2® hull design with Delta Flare® enhances hydrodynamic lift, improves spray control and fuel economy, and increases bow attitude for drier, more efficient performance at speed.
UNMATCHED STRENGTH & CONSTRUCTION
Rigideck® Sub‑Floor System Bar Crusher’s Rigideck® system is widely recognised as one of the strongest plate aluminium floor framing systems in the world.
Unlike traditional pressed‑sheet “tinny” boats, this system uses boxed and triangulated stringers and cross‑frames for enormous rigidity and resistance to flexing and stress.
The welded, sealed checkerplate floor also prevents water and debris from getting trapped, making cleaning and maintenance easy and avoiding hidden corrosion points.
SELF-DRAINING DECKS
Quickflow® Water Ballast Many Bar Crusher models include the Quickflow® water ballast system, which increases weight low in the hull so the boat is stable at rest without needing heavy gear or people to balance it.
